What is an EPSO?

  • EPSO stands for Early Post Secondary Opportunities. 
  • Earn postsecondary credits or certificates while in high school

  • Become familiar with postsecondary expectations

  • Develop confidence and skills for success in postsecondary education

  • Make informed postsecondary education and career decisions

  • Decrease the time and cost of completing a certificate or degree

  • Research shows that students who participate in EPSOs are more likely to complete college or trade school.
